Returns & Exchanges
We have a 7 day return policy. We except returns of jewelry that has not been worn, in perfect condition and in its original gift box. To return merchandise please send us an email within the 7 days of receipt. Customer is responsible for any return cost. Once we respond you will have 7 business days to deliver the package to us. If the return arrives after 7 business days, it will be refused and returned to sender. All our jewelry is handmade and made to order, we do charge a 10% restock fee on all returns. Please wrap the necklaces carefully in tissue paper so they do not tangle during delivery. Use a any shipping carrier with tracking confirmation. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received. If the item has been worn it will not be acceptable and it will be returned to you. We do not accept returns on custom or sale items.
Exchanges: If you need to exchange, please contact us via email with your request and we will contact you by the next business day on how to proceed. We do not process exchanges if you choose something entirely different than the original order. If you do want a different item, we will issue a refund via the original form of payment minus the 10% restock fee and you must place a new order.

- Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
