Returns & Exchanges

We have a 7 day return policy.  We except returns of jewelry that has not been worn, in perfect condition and in its original gift box.  To return merchandise please send us an email within the 7 days of receipt.  Once we respond you will have 7 business days to deliver the package to us. If the return arrives after 7 business days, it will be returned to you. All our jewelry is handmade and made to order, we do charge a 10% restock fee on all returns. Please wrap the items carefully with tissue paper, and ship using a carrier with tracking confirmation.  All returned items must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received.  If the item has been worn it will not be acceptable and it will be returned to you.  We do not accept returns on custom or sale items.

 

 Exchanges: If you are exchanging for a different size please contact us via email with your request and we will contact you by the next business day on how to proceed.  We do not process exchanges if you choose something entirely different then original order.  Upon receipt of the merchandise, we will issue refund via the original form of payment and you must place a new order.

  3. Place a new order for the item that you want. You do not have to wait for us to receive the returned item to place this order.
  4. Once we receive the returned product we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Packing & Sending Your Return

Pack the items back in the box that it arrived in.  All returned items must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received.  We will not accept any item that has been worn.  Must be in perfect condition or your return will not be accepted and will be returned to you.  Please carefully wrap any necklaces in tissue paper to ensure no tangling.
